Four choices make the order

Ordering custom stencils comes down to material, size, detail and the surface you are painting. The design is usually quick once those are settled.

Pick the material

Mylar suits reusable branding, adhesive vinyl gives crisp one-time edges, thick plastic suits pavement, food-safe plastic suits cookies and thin mylar suits airbrush detail.

Plan the size

Measure the area you will paint. Large designs can be split into registered sections that line up perfectly.

Simplify fine detail

Very thin lines and tiny text can be hard to paint cleanly. We flag them on your mockup and suggest adjustments.

Plan back from the date

You will get a free mockup within 24 hours, unlimited free revisions, and production takes about 2 weeks after approval — with faster turnaround available on express shipping. Minimum order is 12 stencils.
